Last wipe characters weren't deleted, they just had SP ISK and Inventory wiped, so I'm pretty sure corps will remain, they'll just have their wallets wiped.

As far as districts go, no, from what I have seen from the promos most districts on planets do not touch each other, so this is unlikely. Your guess is as good as mine as far a MCC's are concerned.
